2 little girls are waiting in the waiting room of this huge clinic while mom takes their 2 littler brothers in to see the doctor. Both girls being very good.

The receptionist came out into the waiting room and have them stickers, crayons & coloring books.

I LOVE it when medical staff are proactive about making the doctor’s office a pleasant place to spend time.

While I so much appreciate how she went out of her way to make sure the girls had fun while waiting for mom (and called them ‘sweetheart’ which is a plus), in my world that is to be expected. It is something we should all be doing - be proactive about extending kindness to others.

So, since she shoudl be doing it anyway she gets 3 bandaids, not 5. Still good though.

Went in to buy Step 3 for my lawn. I was meandering for 30 seconds in the fertilizer section when someone asked ‘What can I help you with?” (Fast service - I like it)

The dude saved me $10 by suggesting I use the straight fertilizer by Scott’s since their grub preventer in ‘Step 3’ is ‘pretty ineffective and not worth your money.’

Looking out for the consumer - and proactively saving me money.
